Here at A3Trading we are making sure that the process of withdrawing your money, which you either used to fund your account or you have earned using the trading platform, is as easy as possible.
All you have to do is to follow the steps outlined below:
Login to the platform and register your withdrawal request using the withdrawal button.
In order to complete your withdrawal request make sure you had supply all following documentation,
If any of it is missing please send it to CUSTOMER.SERVICE@A3TRADING.COM, make sure you will clear that you had pending withdrawal request
- Proof of ID: a copy of your ID, driving license or passport – make sure to have copies both sides;
- Proof of Residence: an invoice issued in the last 3 months, such as a utility bill (phone, electricity, etc.) OR any official documents that includes your full address address on it;
- Signed Contract: the printed agreement with all pages hand signed;
- Your Bank Details: Bank Name, Your name as it’s written in the Bank, Iban, account number, Swift Code of the bank
If you used a credit card to fund your account, please send as well:
- Credit Card Copy:
- Copies of both sides of the credit card you used to fund your account
- Has to show first 6 digits and last 4 on both sides
- Has to show expiry date and full name
- Make sure to hide the CVV in the back side of the card for your safety
- Credit Card Declaration signed by you for all transactions you made via credit card
Please keep in mind that the withdrawal method should correspond to the deposit method you used
